Musaned Platform
Musaned is Saudi Arabia’s official platform for domestic worker services, aims to simplify hiring domestic workers by offering all necessary procedures in one place.
In this project I was fully responsible for the user experience (UX) design of the platform, leading research activities, optimizing service flows, and enhancing usability and accessibility. Working closely with design and development teams, I ensured the platform delivered a more intuitive, efficient, and user-centered experience across both web and mobile applications.
Steam Station App
Steam Station is a mobile application that connects individuals with nearby laundries, enabling users to schedule laundry pickups and deliveries through a seamless digital experience.
I was responsible for leading a full UX and UI redesign of the app, including redefining user journeys, creating detailed wireframes, selecting a new color palette, and establishing a consistent design system to strengthen usability and visual identity.
The redesign aimed to enhance service discoverability, streamline user flows, and deliver a more intuitive and accessible experience for all users.
Markabati Platform
Markabati is a digital platform that enables citizens to view detailed information about their annual vehicle fees and submit objections when necessary.
I was responsible for leading the UX design, focusing on optimizing the inquiry and objection submission journeys, improving usability, enhancing accessibility standards, and ensuring a responsive experience across different devices.
Inspection Management System
A digital platform that enhances compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development regulations. It guides organizations through self-assessment, helps address compliance issues proactively, and prepares them for official inspections.
I led the UX research and design, conducting usability testing and heuristic evaluations, and used tools like Hotjar for behavior analysis to optimize user flows, enhance accessibility, and ensure a responsive, user-centered experience.
Fahosat Platform
Markabati is a digital platform that enables citizens to view detailed information about their annual vehicle fees and submit objections when necessary.
I was responsible for leading the UX design, focusing on optimizing the inquiry and objection submission journeys, improving usability, enhancing accessibility standards, and ensuring a responsive experience across different devices.
DDiet App
DDiet is a personal mobile app concept designed to help individuals track their daily calorie intake, macronutrients, and water consumption.
The project involved end-to-end UX and UI design, from planning user flows and creating wireframes to designing a clean and modern interface focused on ease of use.
The app enables users to browse food items, log meals, and monitor progress through an intuitive and accessible experience.

Sukuk & Estadel Apps
Sukuk is a platform that lets users browse and purchase land plots through an intuitive digital experience. As the UX designer, I led the user experience design, developed prototypes, and contributed to the design system.
At the client’s request, we also designed a second version of the same platform called ‘Estadel’ which featured a different visual identity while maintaining the same core functionality and components. This allowed us to provide two distinct branded versions of the platform under one unified user experience approach.
