Overview
Steam Station is a mobile application that connects individuals with nearby laundries. It enables users to schedule laundry pickups and deliveries through a seamless digital experience.
My Role
Leading a full UX and UI redesign of the app, rethinking the experience from the ground up to improve usability, visual identity, and service discoverability.

UX Research
- Conducted user interviews to understand pain points with the existing app
- Performed heuristic evaluation of the original experience
- Analyzed user behavior to identify drop-off points in key flows
- Mapped user journeys to surface friction before redesign
