Overview
Fahosat is a digital platform that enables contractors to complete inspection procedures electronically. It covers the full journey from submitting inspection requests to issuing the Final Inspection Certificate.
My Role
Leading UX design and research, restructuring service workflows, improving accessibility, and ensuring full responsiveness across devices.
