The Inspection Management System is a digital platform that supports organizations in complying with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development regulations. It guides users through self-assessment, helps resolve compliance issues proactively, and prepares organizations for official inspections.
My Role
Leading UX research and design, combining usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and behavioral analysis to optimize user flows and deliver a responsive, accessible experience.
