Overview
Musaned is Saudi Arabia's official platform for domestic worker services. It consolidates all hiring procedures in one place, serving both web and mobile users. The platform aims to simplify and streamline the process for individuals and service providers alike.
My Role
Fully responsible for the UX design of the platform, leading research activities, optimizing service flows, and coordinating with design and development teams to ensure a user-centered outcome across web and mobile.
